No attorney-client relationship shall exist unless and until our Contingent Fee Retainer Agreement has been signed by the prospective Client and countersigned by Duboff Law Firm. Unless the Contingent Fee Retainer Agreement is signed by both the prospective Client and Duboff Law Firm, your communication will not be treated as confidential or entitled to the attorney-client privilege.

HOW TO HIRE US

You can either call us to schedule a free consultation, or:

1.     Request a copy of Duboff Law Firms Contingent Fee Retainer Agreement.

2.     Complete, date and sign the Contingent Fee Retainer Agreement and mail, email, fax, or deliver to Duboff Law Firm your signed Contingent Fee Retainer Agreement.

3.     Also, send us, or have your public insurance adjuster send us, all pertinent documents in reference to your claim.

4.     Duboff Law Firm will promptly review your documents.

5.     If Duboff Law Firm believes we cannot assist you with your claim we will promptly notify you.

6.     If Duboff Law Firm believes we can assist you with your claim, Duboff Law Firm will countersign the Contingent Fee Retainer Agreement, send you back a fully signed copy of the Contingent Fee Retainer Agreement, and commence representing your interests in reference to the claim.

7.    You may cancel the Contingent Fee Retainer Agreement without any obligation to Duboff Law Firm at any time within 3 days after you receive a fully signed Contingent Fee Retainer Agreement.
